Aston Villa have added to their youthful squad by signing France U-21 international Yacouba Sylla. The defensive midfielder had reportedly attracted interest from team in Italy and Spain.
He is thought to be going straight into Paul Lamberts matchday squad for there game against Everton on saturday after agreeing terms on a three and half year contract.
Lambert has seen his team torn apart in recent games, and the French DM will help to stem the flow of goals in the Villa net.
Villas new signing is determined to help them move away from the relegation battle they are currently enduring.
